I am begging you, no matter how cold your feet get do not wear socks with your flip flops. Only my grandfather could get away with that. The elder generations should not manage to addlepate us so severely we begin to wear their styles. Toe-socks do not give you an excuse either. I know they make it easier to wear socks with flops, but they don't make it look any better. Toe socks are great for lounging around the house. Just take them off when you go out. If you must leave them on, cover them with a pair of tennis shoes.
